Product innovation
All products are developed and produced to the highest quality standards. There for the market orientated demand analysis is at the beginning, and the multiple quality controls in the manufacturing, and on stock are at the end.
The top segment of rackets and sport goods are co-developed and tested by professional athletes to ensure the best quality and playability for the high end VICTOR poducts.
Occupational safety and environmental protection
Our maxim stands not only for economic aspects, but also for social and environmental thinking. We are committed to various aid projects, whether in Ghana or in Germany. VICTOR cooperates with one of the most renowned test laboratory “Hanse Control” in Hamburg. Sensitive or new products are tested thoroughly for compliance with legal requirements. We orients itself to BSCI, committing to only cooperate with component suppliers following the same rules. Clear lines wherever the protection of the environment is concerned. Acceptable working conditions are in accordance with European policies.
Sustainability
We have banned plastic bottles from our offices and prefer to make shirts out of them. As a company, it is important to us to think sustainably. That is why we have developed textiles from 100% recycled PET bottles that are made from the innovative REPREVE® yarn.With the sale of these shirts we support the environmental organization One Earth - One Ocean e.V. (OEOO).
In our print products, we pay attention to recycled paper and climate-neutral printing. We are also starting to switch to plug-in / electric company cars.

1968 VICTOR founded by MR. DEN LI CHEN in Taipei, Taiwan.

1978 EUROPE - Guido Schmidt started the distribution in Germany and the VICTOR Sport Vertriebs GmbH becomes the holder of the trademark rights in Germany.

1983 INNOVATION: The first carbon-made racket was launched. Apparel production line was established and VICTOR badminton outfits started to hit the shelves.

1997 BRANDRIGHTS: After Guido Schmidt passed away (1997), the Hamburg businessman Jan Beutler bought the company. A few years later, sales manager, later managing director Rolf Aurin took over increasing shares until he became a partner. The company was completely restructured, trademark rights in Europe and worldwide were purchased.

2009 VICTOR began official partnership with the KOREA NATIONAL BADMINTON TEAM. 2010 VICTOR became the title-sponsor of the BWF‘s Korea Open. 2015 VICTOR became the official partner and equipment supplier for the Malaysia National Badminton Team and the BWF‘s Malaysia Open.
